Propolis is obtained by bees from resins, balms, essential oils, and beeswax. Propolis has been valued since ancient times as the “antibiotic of bees.” Due to its antibacterial, antiviral, and fungicidal properties, propolis is an important protective substance that bees use to keep themselves germ-free without developing any resistance.
Our honey products are raw food quality; they are not heated (above 40°C) or pasteurized, but are therefore natural. The crystallization that may occur is a sign of natural quality.
