Water, alcohol, glucose syrup, gentian root, walnut shell, nutmeg and nutmeg shell, calamus root, citrus root, angelica root, violet root, myrrh, peppermint, marshmallow root, attich root, sage, wormwood, mugwort, savory, quendel, bloodroot, cinnamon bark, clove, ginger root, star anise, orange peel bitters, centaury, elecampane root, coriander, cubeb pepper, fennel, galangal root, angostura bark, aniseed, cardamom, liquorice root, liquorice root syrup, sugar couleur; Alcohol content: 30 % vol. Sugar content/daily dose: 0.15 BE = 45 ml
Depending on your tolerance, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before or after meals, either pure or diluted with water.
